Use content you control
You must own or have permission to use every artwork, logo, garment design, product image, pose reference, face reference, and other asset you submit. Permission must cover both AI processing and the way you intend to publish or sell the result.
A purchased design, stock asset, font, or template may have limits on merchandise, print-on-demand, advertising, editing, or AI use. Check the original license rather than assuming that purchase gives unrestricted commercial rights.
Do not upload confidential work, leaked designs, counterfeit branding, or material copied from another seller. You remain responsible for trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, and contract clearance.
Get likeness consent
Only upload a person's face, body, or pose reference when that adult has agreed to the generation and the intended commercial use. Explain where the image may appear, what product it promotes, and whether it may be revised before you ask for permission.
Do not submit minors, celebrities, public figures, customers, employees, creators, or another identifiable person without the necessary authorization. Public availability of a photo does not by itself grant permission to reproduce the person's likeness.
Do not use a generated model to imply that a real person wore, bought, reviewed, or endorsed a product. If permission is withdrawn, stop future generation and remove affected campaign material when your agreement or applicable law requires it.
Review before publishing
AI output can contain visual mistakes even when it looks convincing. Inspect faces, hands, body proportions, seams, folds, garment construction, artwork spelling, logo shape, placement, colors, fit, shadows, reflections, and background details at full size.
Compare the image against the garment and artwork references. Do not publish an output that duplicates or rewrites branding, hides a material product detail, changes the advertised design, or introduces another person's protected content.
The output is a marketing visualization, not a manufacturing sample or fit guarantee. Verify the physical garment, print quality, fabric, sizing, color, placement, care instructions, and fulfillment result separately.
Advertise truthfully
Do not present a generated visualization as evidence of a real customer experience, photoshoot, endorsement, product test, or manufacturing result. Claims about quality, sustainability, origin, materials, fit, performance, or availability must be truthful and supported independently of the image.
Follow the disclosure rules of each advertising platform, marketplace, client agreement, and country where the campaign appears. If a creator, model, affiliate, employee, or reviewer has a material connection to the brand, disclose that connection clearly where required.
Where a law or platform requires disclosure of synthetic or AI-generated media, use a clear label that viewers can notice and understand. MockupBlast does not decide which disclosure rules apply to your campaign.
Use it responsibly for print-on-demand
You may use MockupBlast images for print-on-demand product listings and promotion when you have the necessary rights and the listing accurately represents the product a buyer will receive.
Check the print provider's and marketplace's rules for mockups, AI-generated imagery, intellectual property, prohibited products, shipping claims, returns, and required product information. Approval by MockupBlast does not mean a marketplace will accept a design or listing.
Order or inspect a physical sample when details such as print scale, ink color, garment cut, fabric texture, or placement could affect a buyer's decision. Update or remove imagery that materially differs from the fulfilled product.
Keep campaigns safe
Do not generate deceptive endorsements, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, hateful or harassing content, illegal content, fraud, or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property.
Do not use Studio for political campaigning, targeted persuasion based on sensitive traits, discriminatory advertising, or content that falsely depicts a real event. Do not attempt to bypass generation safeguards or edit a blocked request into a prohibited use.
Model campaigns must depict adults. Faceless and random-model options reduce the need for a real person's reference, but they do not remove your duty to review the output and avoid misleading, harmful, or infringing use.
Understand image processing
Submitted prompts and selected references are sent through the MockupBlast backend to the AI provider to create the requested garment or model image and run safety checks. Generated images and revision history may remain stored with the Studio so you can continue working.
Use the minimum personal information needed for the result. Delete unused references and delete a Studio when you no longer need its stored assets. Deleting MockupBlast data does not remove files you downloaded or copies you published elsewhere.
See the Privacy Policy for more detail about storage, providers, retention, and your choices.
Before you publish
Confirm that you control every submitted asset, every identifiable adult consented, the generated design matches the product, and no accidental text, logo, or visual defect remains.
Confirm that every product and endorsement claim is supportable, the listing follows print-provider and marketplace rules, and any required sponsorship or AI disclosure is clear to the audience.
Keep your source licenses, consent records, product specifications, and final approved output. If you cannot complete these checks, do not publish the image.
